As General Manager, Bridget is responsible for the development and management of Right Management throughout India, Australia and New Zealand.
In 1994 Bridget co-founded the leading New Zealand consultancy that was purchased by ManpowerGroup and is now Right Management. Bridget has worked in the Finance, IT, and Professional Services industries and has consulted in the Energy, Local Government and Finance sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Bridget has led significant projects which have involved working globally particularly in Asia.
Bridget’s mix of experience and commercial knowledge helps clients develop and implement strategy. With a strong commercial and legal background, Bridget’s expertise allows her to implement pragmatic solutions that support her clients’ strategic goals.
Bridget is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor and has undertaken post graduate management study at the Kellogg School of Management in the USA. Bridget has completed tertiary study in English Literature and History.
