People Leaders
Right Management's approach to the delivery of Outplacement Services is both strategic and tactical to ensure the needs of the People Leader and employee are met. By providing on-site support on the day of notification Right Management is able to take greater accountability for the well-being of the impacted individual, freeing People Leaders to focus on rebuilding their teams and delivering business outcomes.
Human Resources team
Right Management’s philosophy towards the Human Resources (HR) team is centred on partnership, enabling and helping to build capability through skills and knowledge transfer. In effect Right Management aims to become a service extension to the Human Resources team.

Provides practical advice and guidance to individuals considering various career options,assitising them in making a well-informed decision about their future career direction. A unique life planning and career management program designed to help employees nearing retirement to assess, plan, explore and develop a transition bridge to their future lifestyle. Offered as part of Right Management’s Career Transition services, Life Options enables individuals to explore how they want to plan for their next career phase (retiring, a portfolio of part-time work, or downshifting).
Organisational Transition Planning
Right Management works closely with our organistions to support their HR communities and People Leaders (Line Managers) in achieving best practice implementation of change initiatives. Utilising Right Management's expertise in project planning mitigates risk and allows an impartial party to ensure the organisation is set-up for a successful outcome.
Right Management’s partnership early in the planning process will ensure:
• the impacted employee is treated with respect and dignity
• a planned approach
• timely, relevant and appropriate communication
• confidentiality of the process is protected
• the employee is supported at the time of notification by an on-site Right Management Consultant
Organisational Transition Implementation
Right Management’s approach is both strategic and tactical to ensure a successful outcome for all stakeholders. This support includes best practice coaching and support for People Leaders on:
• preparing for and delivering core messages to impacted employees
• effectively managing redundancy notification to individuals and groups
• communication and re-engagement strategies for both impacted and non-impacted individuals
Additionally, Right Management provides on-site support on the day of notification to offer emotional support and short term coping strategies for those employees who are impacted, as well as give advice and guidance to HR, People Leaders and those employees not exiting the organisation.

Right Management provides individuals with independent guidance and advice from impartial career consultants to assess opportunities, successfully redeploy expertise and skills, and define both short and long term career goals. This is achieved through confidential career consulting focussed on career assessment, developing a targeted resume, enhancing interview skills, and building a network of contacts.
