As the Finance Manager and Business Partner, Aman leads the Finance Team for Right Management Australia. He is responsible for ensuring the business’s financial and compliance goals are met. He is also accountable for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting taxation and management of related finance functions.

Aman has more than 15 years professional experience in commercial finance and business administration roles, gained in multiple business sectors including Banking, Telecommunication and Retail Chain Operations.

Aman has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Commerce and has been awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

General Manager, Right Management

As Account Director and Sales Leader, Lizzie is responsible for managing our relationships with key clients. She has over 20 years experience in the fields of Sales & Marketing, HR Consulting, Operational Management and Recruitment.

Areas of expertise include establishing a vision, leadership, strategic thinking and planning, process improvement, identifying areas of need, creating stakeholder agreement and mentoring and coaching.

Lizzie’s consulting and sales experience is multi-sector including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Not-for-profit, IT, Local and National Government. Specialties include Strategic Career Management and Workforce Planning, Transition, Change Management, Leadership Development and Talent Management.

Lizzie has a Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate degree in Business Information Systems.
